Drawn to deities?

I’ve studied what gods there are for personal reasons, and at times there were just some that I just felt drawn to. Does this happen to anyone else? The eeriest part was that I just saw the name, and after studying it a bit, the goddess happened to mirror real life in a strange way. So back to the question, does anyone else feel a connection to a goddess/god purely by name or short description.

To the theistic practitioner, gods may present themselves to people in different ways, and people may find themselves interested in (rather than feeling called by) deities for many different reasons. Sometimes even to a skeptic this may happen; I have read some very interesting accounts.

Some people will have an intense religious epiphany, while some may have a dream.

There have been times I have heard a name which sounded all too familiar, only to look it up and find it is the name of a god or a demon.

Not incredibly recently, though I have been seeking information on symbolism within them, I had a set of dreams which included archetypes I believe may possibly have been deities or other entities reaching out, or at least giving a bit of a, "Hey, I'm here if you're interested," sort of message. It is so uncanny how well what I experienced in some of these dreams lined up with the beliefs about some of these.

Yeah, the goddess in particular I found was Brkšta. She was a Lithuanian goddess of twilight, dreams and something to do with fate. I’ve had psychic dreams for the longest time, and there is some sort of protector feeling, or guidance at the least.

I found her while searching for something similar to that. Only, it’s more like something playing with me. I get these cryptic dreams, which eventually come true. Only, there are these little catches. Like, I’m not allowed to change the future. Like, I got a dream of getting shot at the night before a mass shooting. Or the dream showing that I don’t have any control. Ironic, isn’t it, how I came looking for who was being a trickster and found the protector.

I have been drawn to many of entities but even when we desire to work with that one God or Goddess. It does not always mean it will be a good fit. But we can still learn about them and from them with mythology.

Yes I feel drown to an entity. Well, I have seen since I was little a lady, beautiful, with blonde hair, green eyes, smiling face, dressed sometimes in white, or in green. She has rescued me in several occasions in my dreams. In my dreams I feel very secure with her, as like I have a whole life with her, but I don't have any idea who could she be. Though I would love to know who she is! Her presence makes my heart beats hard.
Telling the truth I am also very drown to the Goddess Artemis,I am drown to her very much, so I thought if it was her, but I have the feeling that they are not the same. However, I have never had a vision of her, just when I see her I feel different, I feel like I want to serve her for eternity.... However I have never tried to contact her, personal issues!

Many times I have found that these are our guides for our journey. Meditate on the messages they may be trying to send you.
