Moderators Recognition
By:
I'm posting this cause I seem to think that the sites moderator's need recognition for the hard work they do on here

Here is my suggestion each month members nominate a moderator for the hard work, respect dedication, and enjoyable experience they witness from one of the moderators and at the end of each month the moderator with the most nominee votes is the moderator of the month. And at the years end then there should be a moderator of the year for there excellence and dedication to help all those in need on spells of magic.

Completely agree some of the moderators on here are great at keeping the site a good site.

I'm pretty new to the site, so I'm not familiar with all the moderators but I know how much work goes into being a moderator. I was one on another site (Magicka School) but when it was changed and they did away with the Forum the Moderators were'nt thanked or informed. We were treated like we did not even exist.
So fabulous Moderators, thank you for all the behind the scenes work that you do on the forums. Without you there would be no Spells of Magic.
Big Hugs to all of you.

Can't agree.
It takes everyone here to make what this site is today. We don't need to nominate them, like some kind of workplace in my oppinion.

Good idea, but needs some work, like maybe have a vote at the end for member of the year and member who made the most improvement and stuff. Would be neat thought, we could make a crest that would be displayed on the person's profile and whatnot. Thing is some mods do a lot of behind the scene stuff. When I was an editor I would fix articles on the weekends, no one ever knew but I must of edited 50 articles. This is a community so if you see a problem, try and fix it, if you like a user's work, tell them.

I mainly posted this because the moderation never gets the proper recognition they deserve, its usually someone yelling or arguing at a moderator or petrarca for selfish reasons, they put a lot of work into the site. And they deserve the credit for what they do.
