Of course Zico. I love questions. There aren't any stupid questions, only stupid answers (and you get a lot of that around here!). I'm pleased that you learned from your last post and you are moving on.
I highly suggest this as a reference. There is hours of reading material here that can help you figure out what path you plan to start down.

And when you're done with that, you can go on to reading (not practicing yet) the advanced stuff, the classics.

I love Agrippa, he is my favorite occult author. But he isn't light reading. Start out with Scott Cunningham and work your way up into Agrippa.
I don't like to go into what is "possible" or "impossible" because I have seen some pretty fantastic things in my life that I would have otherwise deemed "impossible". Forget about what you see in movies or read in fantasy books. Magick is a force that ebbs and flows all around us every second of our lives. It isn't something everyone can see, but it is something you can learn to work with. While the rest of the world perceives that absolutely nothing is odd or different, you will see that you have influenced something to occur. Magick is manifestation of the will through focus thought and emotion. There is nothing unnatural about magick, it works with what is natural but behind the scenes. So what works? Whatever might occur through natural means can be provoked to occur through magick.
Yes, it is a very nice collection of writing from both famous and relatively unknown authors, but it's a really well rounded amount of information. If you read those from beginning to end you will have a basic knowledge of magic and nearly every path. It has some humorous ones in there too, so it isn't all dry reading. xD
