You are Human and all Humans have emotions so you just have to learn to deal with them or maybe get help from a doctor.

i saw a tv show as a kid once where someone decided to stop having emotions. long story short, dumb move, don't do it. without emotions you won't feel sadness, but you also won't feel joy. to quote Daria:

If something makes you feel good, like being in love, there must be a corresponding painful side, like losing at love, it's just a fact of life. And what's intriguing about it is that no one calls Tennyson a big unhappiness freak just because he understands that. He's a realist. He says, "Emotional involvement brings great pleasure and extraordinary pain." Then he declares that it's better than feeling nothing at all.

if i were you, i would make a list of things i love, and do them, or at least read the list. if you love baking, bake, if you love walks, go on a walk. ignore what others might say or do. i have gone through hard times, so at this point you might not believe me, but it will get better, the longer you expose yourself to the thing that makes you upset the longer you'll suffer. if it's a person you see every day, it'll be harder, but just think about what makes you happy, and don't look at that person.
