I dont think I really fully understand your question but it sounds like you may be talking about spell books? Anyway, most of the covens have spell books that you can use even if you aren't in their coven and those books contain a ton of different spells. Also, you could look up Wiccan/pages stores around your area and can usually find a bunch of magick related things there.
