Best way you will learn is if you search, try finding answers to your question without asking.

It's not against the rules but you learn things better if you try to find out by searching try searching stuff on google and youtube

i wouldn't rely on the sources in google. Most things you come up to in google will be fake and misdirecting. You can read books which are sure to help you. For beginners, Scott Cunningham's books are the best. And yeah, magick may seem a bit complicated at first, but as you keep on learning, things will fall into place and it will be very simple. :)

All the Best!

When you astral project, you don't go to another dimension. You go to a higher plane of existence, a spiritual plane that exists alongside the physical one. Our spiritual from can temporarily leave the physical form and travel to the astral for short amounts of time.

If you can find the book, The Witch Book: The Encyclopedia of Witchcraft, Wicca, and Neo-Paganism. - Written by Raymond Buckland, it explains the astral plane and astral body quite well. If you go to the Featured Articles section, there is a thread there that explains it as well. The web address below should take you to the site article.
