Did i do it right?

Hey i was meditating for first time and trying to Astral Project(i know you have to meditate some times before u can.)I was using this:http://www.spellsofmagic.com/coven_ritual.html?ritual=897&coven=532 guide i was in the last part of it when i felt as my body was moving or something,but my body wasn't really moving.So do you people think i nearly did it?
