I`d rather if anyone of you tell me a school online or institute online or ...etc
which teach me magic lessons online by sending the lectures and teaching videos to my mail and i pay 4 it.
lessons in basics..casting an effective spell..levitation..etc
please ..don`t let me down waiting the answers

You could try witchschool.com or greyschool.com, those are the ones i've looked into the most

I would be very careful about asking someone to teach you magick and you will pay them.
You are obviously new to magick and most likely will just get scammed by someone out there on the net claiming to be all powerful that can teach you everything for a price.

Learn your basics,Meditation,grounding,centering,visualization chakras, energy flow, shielding, days, colors, moon phases, elements, circle casting, spell casting.

No-one can teach you magick unless you are prepared to put in the effort and help yourself also.

There are many serious and good practitioners here on this site along with many informing posts in the forums on the basics it's a case of looking through them.

You could also try joining a coven on here that teaches the basics or ask in the forums for a mentor who will be willing to teach you for free.
