Automatic writing

Hello, I love to write. I have written many stories. My friends say I can become an author when I get older. But today, I began to write about a woman. And this woman is my friends great-great grandmother. It's weird. I didn't know it until my friend read it. I finished writing today. The last entry was addressed to my friend. My head began to hurt every time I tried to read what I wrote. Any thoughts on this?
