Soul Sister.. ?

I was wondering if anyone knew how to find a soul sister/brother. They hold a part of your soul and vice versa. I know I have one. I know her soul's name. I just don't know how to connect to her or to find her living body. She's been in my dreams and sometimes I see her face in a reflection instead of my own I just can't ever remember what it looks like when it disappears. I just want to find her. I feel like I'm missing a part of myself because i can't. Would anyone happen to know what to do?
