Negative interference...

I have someone interfering with me negatively. My emotions go wild and I lose all sense of reality. I feel strange a lot...very very strange. How do I find the culprit? Any ideas?

But there isn't balance, I never had good energy, but I am not evil, nor good. I am a gray witch. I need balances of both positive and negative, not only negative energy. I need to know who it is...I think I know. But how can I be sure?
