I'm positive that none work especially if your talking about eye changing spells, body changing spells, etc.. i suggest you stay away from that section just to be safe

Well not all of the spells in that section are fluff, you just need to use your common sense to figure out which ones are possible. As Catlover said spells won't change your DNA unless you do a spell to manifest a way for you to change physical features of yourself, like a spell to gain money to have a nose job, or to gain money for contact lenses to change your eye color, and etc.

Actually, not all of the spells in that section promise to just magically change your appearance. I guess you can say they are more of enhancers to bring ways for you to change a physical feature lets say your hair, a spell to place in hair cream to bring smoothness to your hair, you can gather up herbs and use them in certain hair creams to really enhance the chance of that cream to moisturize your hair. There's your glamour spell, not all of them promise the impossible.

I am under the impression that the more viable glamour spells are those which alter one's energy to others, rather than changing a physical aspect of someone. I've read of "casting a glamour" to make one less conspicuous, or seem to have a more inviting energy thereby attracting the attention from others they desire. Some claims say that the glamour can be directed at someone else, such as changing one's apparent energy to a specific other person.

Then again, I have no experience with this, so take this for whatever it is.

Glamour spells will not work, this is because your affecting your structures. Everyone has their own style of beauty, everyone must find their inner beauty, this is because, you must accept yourself for who you are, but by "trying" to attempt your physical features, is not going to help you any.

So, my advice is, look in the mirror, imagine how many people are on the Earth, imagine, how they accept themselves.

To be honest, glamour spells are not just about trying to change physical features. As I stated earlier, they can be used when making some kind of perfum so the sent will heighten people's senses and see you attractive by it, or to be used when creating some kind of facial cream. So, will the glamour spell change your DNA? Like all, no it will not. However, they can be used in other ways just think outside of the box.

I agree that glamours aren't just nearily impossible spells to change your pshysical features - it may sound abstract, as magical things usually do, but they can change the general energies around you, the "vibes" you pass, and therefore the way you are perceived. If you're at all a Doctor Who fan, it's like the mecanism that makes the TARDIS a little harder to see, it does not make it disappear or totally invisible, but it cloaks it, makes it a little less noticible for anyone who isn't focousing too hard.
I haven't tried any yet, but in theory they could have effects.
