Applying to take over

I applied to take over the broom closet and I have surely been on here longer then 5 months. I haven't been active thiugh because of me forgetting I even had a page and I recently found it today! But I have been dedicated to SOM for a while now. I bet many people have applied for the broom closet. I don't think anyone is going to be chosen though. I know I have had many accounts on here and I had been on for over 3 months and I applied. I don't know how to prove myself! help

Your application is still inside the Pet's files. What they mean by proving yourself, is that you must show Pet your worthy of leading a coven. This is by posting knowledgeable stuff onto the forums, chat, articles, and spells.

Just remember that applying for a coven will not make it 100% guarenteed that you will get it. You got to work hard (but don't spam) on getting it. Proving yourself to Pet you want it and can actually lead it. Now inactivity will probably not be a good thing, because Priest and Priestesses can not be inactive for a long period of time, otherwise their coven ends up in the inactive section.

Coven is just the name of the groups on this site. You can consider yourself a clan rather than coven if you want, just put so in the coven description. Also, you are going to need to wait for coven creation to open, or take over an inactive one.

Otherwise, form an off site one, maybe with google+ or whatnot.

Or of course you can be promoted to p/p by a current p/p.

It's best to have already contributed a fair share of content before you apply as it is kind of like a facebook notification to him, I believe. He get's a notification that someone applied, he looks at their account, and decides then. Otherwise I believe it just gets lost.

Id say, stick with one account, and profile. I know nothing of the decision making process, but I would imagine members who have changed profiles 5 times in a year might be looked at with skepticism.
