What if I'm not getting any dreams? Why am I not remembering?

Not everyone can remember their dreams. Do not worry, with some this is normal. If you can remember when you first wake up but it fades quickly, then I would suggest a dream journal that you keep next to the bed and write everything you can remember down right away. But if you can not remember then it is not something to worry about as there are a lot that can not. It can be frustrating sometimes (my husband can not) but it is normal for them.
