Where do I begin?

I am from Ireland, and have had many magical ancestors. So, seeing as I'm Celtic in origin and blood, where should I start? Any good beginner's spells?

Well you can start with learning the basics, and learning meditation, and when you start learning spells, I would suggest learning candle spells.
