I'm a newb and I admit I really don't know much about the supernatural world, but... I know vampires are really. What about werewoles??

Werewolves(Lycans) are real, but not in the way that Hollywood portrays them as. Lycans turn into a wolf on the Astral Plane, not in the real world, and do not lose control of themselves when they do. Some of them may hold traits of lycanism such as longer/thicker hair, sharper teeth, the need for meat(usually rare/raw), etc, but they do not turn into wolves or wolf-like creatures on the material plane.

No, I have only known werewolves to exist on the AP. I do take a wolf form when I travel, but I'm not a werewolf.

If I complete the AP training, I'm going to go to the astral plane, transform into a wolf, and run around a forest. It would be nice to do that. I love the forest and wolves a lot. Their my favorite animals!!

Are most werewolves dangerous? - No they are not, usually the dangerous ones are the those who are first coming into it and understanding it, they have a tendency to have meat cravings and get confused as to what is acceptable, or how to handle the craving. There are some that are rather violent, but you can usually pic them out in a crowd, lol. If you have any more questions you can email me or hades, we will more than gladly answer your questions

As I have said many many times before, you can not be 'turned' or 'converted' into being a Lycan. It is something you are born as, just as we are all born as Human.

If you were born White you can dye yourself Black, if you were born Black you can use bleach, but in the end your heritage is the same and you would most likely still be considered your original color by any and all who know the truth. Including various papers that ask about your heritage.

Likewise, some people may be able to mimic certain traits of Lycanism through spells and, in the case of hair/teeth/etc, surgery, but in the end the person is simply an actor trying to pull off being something he/she is not.

Chances are; anyone claiming to have been 'turned' or 'converted' are role-players, delusional, misinformed, or simply trying to tick off some of the other people who are already annoyed at by the vast number of ignorant people online.
