im not trying to be like charmed blowing things up and teleporting but i was wondering if Someone coúld teach me how to develop a power like premonitons telekinisis hydrokinises any power would do please reply

most telekinetic powers are abilities learned from energy manipulation which can be found out youtube. but just so you know because I've tried energy manipulation its not like avatar the last air bender you cant create a tsunami or stuff its small little move like moving a flam back a forth. that's how far I've gotten in my learning of it I don't know if you can take it further though
