Healing
By: / Beginner
Hello everyone,
My Mother isn't doing so well physically, she's been pretty sick and the doctors aren't really sure what to do.
I thought I should do a spell to aid her in this time, I want to use herbs for this.
I am currently collecting the herbs with the healing properties that will fit her needs but I am wondering what would be the best way to do this.

I was thinking about a few different things, and I'm curious to see how would be the best way to do this.

The first one I was thinking about was more simple, collecting the herbs and burning them on a charcoal disk in my cauldron while visualizing her healing.
But then I started thinking about using DNA, Like a strand of hair, to add further connection and burning that with the herbs.

Or I was thinking about making a infusion or oil, ether to anoint or be safe for her to drink.

I'm open to any ideas of healing methods, I am very worried and want to help how I can.

Thank you.

I think it's simply wonderful that you have gone into much thought to think of her. I wouldn't recommend giving her anything internally(drinking, eating, etc) Because you're not sure what's going on with her.

I think the healing blend of incense is really great, and imagining/visualizing her healing. Try to research herbs for healing.

I hope your mother gets better.

I want to say first that I hope your mother gets better, I'm really sorry to hear about that. I think what you're doing is a good idea, and the best advice is to follow your instincts on what you think you should add in it (of course it's a good idea to make sure the herbs and anything else you may use won't react in some weird/bad way). I would be careful where you burn the hair though, because it has a horrible smell when it's burned and it can fill up an entire room for a while even if air is circulating. I hope you have luck with this though! (:

I would smudge the strand of hair .You can use white sage(salvia apiana ) ,rosemary or mugwort for this or even mix of them as loose incense .You can visualise ,while doing so, you are banishing the sickness or even create spell (chant ) for this aim .
Create a sigil, which represent this sickness and burn it in fire .Fire has purifying properties and works faster than the rest of the elements .
You can keep the strand of hair afterwards in a mojo bag ,along with healing herbs and feed it regularly , while charging it with your energy and intend .Make sure nobody except her and you touches the bag !You can add in the bag whatever you connect with healing as object ,symbols or crystals .Those objects can be blessed and annointed with healing oil .You can even bless some water and sprinkle it over them if that feels right to you .Try to add or use all four elements in this bag ,so it will be balanced .Health comes with balance within ourselves and we have all of the elements in our body .

There are many options for you and you can go with all of them .

What's her symptoms? If its a fever, severe swollen throat, stiff joints, and small or large boils its a virus slash infection I've been seeing. It seems to be a combination of strep low grade mono and chicken pox. I would recommend the incense to begin that should be effect for most sickness. A spell maybe but not many deal with sicknesses. Please describe her symptoms and anything she could possible be allergic to for her safety.

I don't know exactly what your mother has but a really common herb used for healing is basil it has great powers for boosting the immune system ten fold when used in a relatively large does. Hope this helps
