empath and psychic ?

Can you train your empath and psychic abilities or are you born with them to train them? If you can train them how do you do that?

Psychic abilites is a broad term for things like esp and empathy. They are pretty much one in the same. Empathy is just a type of Psi ability and yes you can train for their improvement but it takes time and work.
