Good! Students should ask lots of questions and any teacher who isn't prepared for that ought not be a teacher.

Indeed, and I've considered it. Unless I find someone more appealing, that is. I will always keep my options open.

That's a really good, really healthy way to approach this. Any prospective teacher who tries to give you BS over that or tries to say it has something to do with lack of dedication is a huge sham.
