Out of Body Experience

I've always wanted to try one, but it seems hard. Has anyone done it and it worked??? How did you do it???

This is the simplest way i know of explaining it, first, lie down and relax your entire body then feel your energy inside you, your energy body and concentrate on it till you feel your energy body more than the physical one, then just roll out of your physical body, remember to be anchered to your physical body when you are having the astral experience so you dont get lost. I hope it helps

Obe's are really not that big of a deal. However the first step towards that is to lean how to Astral plane. It takes practice and learning how to pick up vibes.
