Please can anyone help I go to bed around 11pm but wake approx 2hours later. It's getting to the stage that I am feeling wrecked. I just need some sleep.

There is medication to help sleep. At my age I find I need less sleep than when I was young. The best thing I know of to help sleep is a "milky" drink at bedtime. Cocoa is good!

Maybe try tuning up/changing your internal clock, drinking something hot or eating something sweet might help, and then of course there is meditation or medication.

Meditation to relax the mind and body - and also Valerian root is a natural herb that will aid in going to sleep.
