Wheres the God?

so i have been reading, and watching a lot about paganism, and it seems that most pagans/wiccans mainly worship the Goddess, and not so much the god. since this is a polythesic religion, and it is to worship the Goddess, AND, the God, but to me i dont see a balancement of this in mainy books and videos that i have read/seen.

Everyone for him/herself. I worship Perkele, instead of these weak wiccan gods :D

The Goddess is seen as a prominent force due to what she represents as well as the culture of the time period of early paganism.

She is the giver of life, fertility, ect. During these times, females were held in a higher regard because of their ability to give life while the male was regarded for his ability to sustain life through caring for it (hunting).

Abrahamic religions twisted this later on showing males to be the dominant force and females following meekly behind. This role of the genders is still found in many cultures today, but has not always been so.

The God (male half of a whole) is still worshiped and honored in many pagan paths, however the general acceptance of a matriarchal system is found in this dueltheistic based path.

Keisari, please don't call the Wiccan God's weak. I would really appreciate it if you keep your insults to yourself.

Strictly speaking, witchcraft is a belief in the male and female aspect of the supreme spirit, the creator. We believe that the sun is the source of all life, but that there is also a feminine aspect of the creator. All life has a male and female source; we cannot have one without the other; whether in animal life or plant life.

You could't see the humor in it? Aww, that's just sad.
