How do you form a bound with a deity ?

From my personal experience I think a deity picks you when there is a bond to be formed and it should come naturally if that has happened.
But it's proberly different for different people.

I mean there are many kinds of dieties. if you are trying to bond with god/dess, angels, fae, demons, spirits, elementials, or what? uhm but I only know how to bond with goddesses and thats by rituals

If one seems to call to your or feel right begin exploreing, if it is not right for you you will move on. If it is right for you then you will move closer to your deity.
