grimoire

hey can i have some help? i was requested to get a grimoire. now i didn't know too much about them and thought i'd found a good one. well i don't think so anymore, and now im looking for one better. the person who requested this of me is really advanced, and is into occult, and i don't want to mess up. can any one help me?

A grimiore is a book of dark magic. My suggestion is that you either make your own or help the person make their own. Alternatively, I am making one right now.If you want, when I'm done i can turn it into a word file and send it to you. But first try to make one of your own. Good luck.

thanks, but i don't know where to start. i think he was looking for something suck as the grand grimoire, or greater key of solemen *im not sure what they are* i just want to help jim out the best i can

A grimoire is nothing more than another name for a Book of Shadows. Typically, people see it as "dark and spooky", but that's not the case at all. It's just a name.

If an "advanced" member of the occult asked you to get one, I would hope they mean a blank book for you to work on and add your own information to. If they are requesting that you get one filled with someone else's spells and such, I'd rethink the relationship you have with them.

Any decent magick practitioner would advise you to get a blank book and put your own work and experiences in it. That's pretty much the entire purpose of it.

Grimiores are always used for dark magic spells even if there is only one. Maybe you could post on the forums asking for spells so that you could have a collaborative effort. Just write down what you find and add your own. Or maybe ask for inspiration...

A grumpier is nothing like a book of shadows. I recommend the key of Solomon for beginners.
