'self insight' - "spell"

This is mostly a self strengthen thing. 
But can also be used as a spell. 
In the self strengthen part. It's about realizing that people/the world, kan do almost anything to your body and so on. There is always the posibility for anything. But on the psykology'call side. It's yourself that have the power. (and so on)
To the "spell" part. 

'the power I have given you, is no more, it is trou (finished)
The damage you have done, will sone be gone.
