Question about spells
By:
Hi everyone,

It is my first time posting here, but I have a question. The things is I practice my spells in secret, therefore I cannot have an altar I always have to put my things far away and hide them and I never can leave any evidence that I was doing the spell. My questions is, if I have to always chance the place where I do it, I can't have an altar and sometimes I have to use ingredients available to do a spell. Would they still be potent? Sometimes I have to make up my own, but I put alot of energy into it.

Thanks,
Moon

it is good as long as no dark forces enter it. try using a protection spell in the room where you perform magic, or cleanse the place where you do it.

It isn't the ingredients that matter in your spells.
An altar doesn't matter either I know plenty of people who don't have one yet still do successful spells.
All spell casting is at the end of the day is energy manipulation, your intent, your focus and your will is what makes the spell work or fail.
An altar is a personal choice as to whether or not you have one.

when i lived at home i always had to hide my spell castings and never had an altar. it doesnt reli matter if u dont have one as long as the place where you cast your spell is sacred to you, free of mess and clutter and is not constantly used by other people.

A spell is only aided with props in a ritual, your intent is what matters, fill it with your will and intent, Make sure to cast a circle around yourself (use only salt if you don't have everything else, just sprinkle a bit of salt around the are you are working in and state in a more creative way that you are opening a magick circle and that no entities, uninvited or negative, can enter your circle.) and do your spell with what you have, if you don't have an athame, I suggest your index finger. but to answer your question quickly,
Yes you can cast very powerful spells with very little items.

You just have to find a quiet place where you can concentrate and won't be disturbed. Just meditate on what you want and be positive. Put all your energy into the spell, if you want to use candles or any other ingredients you can visualize them, they are just there to help you focus, you don;t actually have to use them for the spells. That is what I was told at least and it has worked out for me really well.

Thank you so much everyone. I do not have that many ingredients either. I use the ones from my kitchen, I managed to buy attraction oil and spirit guide oil on my last trip to the US. Also I am able to get candles of different colors which is a good thing. I guess I have to work with what I have the best way I can.

Recently did a spell to pass the exam because I was not sure if I would pass and I did. Tomorrow is a full moon so I would take advantage of that too and cast some positive energy spells.

Thanks so much everyone,
Moonlight
