HI!
Most ppl can see tiny dots (the size of sand and color less) in the air but they learn to ignore them by thinking that it is just there eyes going bad but lately i took a video of a psi ball and the dots formed the ball i was making... so i realized that the dots are actually energy, well this is all fine and dandy but a few days ago i was on the roof meditating and i decided to study them and in a few mins i cold see golden dots between them

so my question is what are thees golden dots and how can i see them better?

if you don't know what I'm taking about take a pic and notice the "fuzz" in the background those are the dots

You mean the dots that I see sometimes in the sky far away are energy? Are you sure?

I'm not sure if we're thinking of the same thing but the dots most people see when looking at the sky are actually leukocytes moving in the blood vessels behind the retina and absorbing additional blue light making smooth blue surfaces (such as the sky) appear dotted or fluid. This makes particular sense of seeing gold dots as the absence of the absorbed of blue light causes an excess of red and green light remaining from any reflected white light which is manifested in the human eye as being yellow.

Moving on from that though assuming that you're not talking about light entropy. Most people see energy in some form or another with a colored hue. If it's been caught on video then I'd quite like to see such a video just so that I know exactly what you're talking about. It's not beyond the realms of possibility that energy work could affect the path of photons although it's not very common, I don't know to what extent energy work has been captured on video before and I can't say how much of its perception is held in physics as opposed to the mind. In either case though I'd say that, assuming what you're seeing is actual energy, it's probably just another part of it. I would say now though that there's a lot of visual events that can cause these dots to occur and I wouldn't hold too much faith in them being actual energy.

I can also see them in my room in the car anywhere and they also have a 3d affect to them

Well if you're seeing them in places that aren't against the sky and in every day general life then I'd recommend is a trip to the opticians as it may be caused by changes in the vitreous humor of the eye. Not necessarily an emergency but always worth getting checked out when it comes to your vision. Without seeing the video you're talking about I find it hard to comment much as I've personally not seen them anywhere but against large blue objects. If you're seeing them everywhere then I wouldn't put it down to energy, granted energy is everywhere but is usually only detected in areas of higher density than normal, let alone embodied which almost never happens physically.

The "fuzz" in the background of pictures is often caused by exposure issues, it's not energy just an imbalance of light hitting the photo receptor in the camera.

try something.. stare at a wall and relax your eyes don't focus on one ting but on everything at once and tell me what you see

i think the reason ppl only see them while looking at the sky is because there is noting to focus on
and i only sow the yellow dots once but they looked like they were made of light

Honestly if I just sit and stare at a wall all I see is the wall, but then my eyes aren't exactly the best out there haha. Perhaps I just don't grasp exactly what you're talking about but I really don't think it's of a magical origin. Most common events such as this can be explained fairly mundanely.

I'm just pitching a blind idea here but this is how those strange "magic eye" pictures work. By diverging your eyes and un-focusing you often get a "fuzzy" image because of the overlapping information reaching the brain. I could be wrong about that though it is a complete guess.

It's OK
but it's definitely not my eye because if it was it wold be 2D instead be 3D, how i see i,t there are like bugs all around me but they are really small and there are millions of them

Its called Visual Snow and i also have this. Thing is no one knows what causes them or what they are. However if what you say is true then it could be that there energy it would make more sense since energy is everywhere and we see it everywhere.
