I'm not a teacher (and definitely not in Kentucky, it's too far away), but I don't think you can get a teacher online on this site, and magic really doesn't have any colors.

Many people don't teach on Spells Of Magic.com. However Some, is extremely helpful for basics, and I noticed we do often aid each other.

I suggest if your new, and need a teacher, to honestly check out the following books, and websites.

I suggest the following :
www.witchvox. com
www.Wicca.com
www.neo-pagan.net

Along with books:
Scott Cunningham -Living wicca
The complete idiots guide to Wicca, and witchcraft z.baptest

As Well as some youtubers:
Tiptoechick-wiccan YouTuber
Akashawolf -youtuber(also a moderator on the site too)

Feel free to message me.

No one can teach you magick, you can only find it in yourself, through personal experience. A better question might be "Are there any Black Magickians in Kentucky?", to which the answer is Yes.
