two weeks ago I was telling this lady how was seeing the number seven everywhere I go and when I looked down there's a card that said 7 then she said that the Angels are going to manifest my desires and they're trying their best to do so is this true is this really happening please reply back to me

Depends,if she has asked you to visit her more times and also requests money each time,then she is probably lying.If not,then you might still want to consult other experienced people.My personal opinion is that whatever the lady said,you shouldn't expect any angels or any other spiritual being to manifest your desires.
