The use of Tarot cards is a belief; and is certainly not "black magic".

Nobody can know the future, with Tarot or anything else. Many believe they can foretell the future, but it is a delusion.

If you depend on your mother, then you should believe your mother.

Otherwise, save up your allowance or get a job so you can earn the money to buy your own tarot deck and hide it from her. Or wait until you're not living under her roof and need to get along with her beliefs.

I agree! Even if you do not believe in your mother's beliefs; at least you should obey her wishes.

Tarot cards are not black magick. They do not tell the future. That's an illusion. Like you said make your own. I did. I read a full book on tarot cards. I used what was from theta book to make my own. I don't remember the books mane.
