First fix your grammar!
Second is really hard to cast a spell without candles i mean the spell may not work!(you need to have at least two candles)
Third why would you cast a spell just for a talk?!

Ok that is wrong. It's not hard to construct a spell without candles. You should write your own reconciliation spell. If you don't have candles, pick some other nice physical representation of closeness. I would think a ribbon or bow would work nicely. Maybe a thing that used to belong to them, or something that reminds you of the person. Write the spell yourself and it will work better. Mail me if you need help, but writing spells is pretty easy. Most people will have better results with a personally crafted spell.

Go out to where there are flowers. Find the one that 'feels' right to you for 'friendship' (usually a yellow rose) Then 'ask' the plant if you may have one of its blossoms.
Try to 'feel' an answer from it. Then take one blossom and pick off the petals one by one as you say a chant that you 'create'. Walk as you pick the petals off and drop them in the water and on the earth saying the chant three times. Keep the last petal for yourself in a safe place. The chant can be as simple as : 'My friend that is mad at me,let this pass come back to me, no longer let this anger be' Of course a chant of your own is more powerful..
