Here's a little story...

So, I was doing some research on how to create minions, servitors, thoughtforms, whatever you want to call them. I waited till late at night, then set to work, using tips from this site plus a few adaptions of my own. The minion was to be small and brown, with pointy ears. I attempted several times to create him, but seemingly with no luck, I eventually gave up and went to sleep. The following morning, however, I awoke to find that in the night, my mother, who's room is across the hall, claimed to have a "small brown thing" whizzing around her bedroom. She had assumed it was some kind of insect that had got in through the windows (though all the windows were shut). Whether this was coincidence or not, it has certainly given me a little more confidence. To all my fellow practitioners out there- good luck!

It's on this very site- go to "top rated" spells, and keep scrolling until you find the one entitled "make your own minion". Good luck!

Servitor creation is fascinating. I had created my own spell, adapted from other literature, and created a rather formless entity without personality or real feature; it was intended for "recon" of an unpleasant situation so that there would be no link directly to me for opposing spells, traps, etc.

As the energy was gathered the pets of my household flocked to the ritual's location. And then, as the servitor was brought into being, they all tucked their tails between their legs and fled.

It was all quite fascinating until a friend I had allowed to borrow the servitor started giving it power and personality (unwittingly) and I had to disperse the whole thing.
