My Chakras

Can anyone give me some advice on chakras, like how to improve them or get them more balanced and more open?
Mine are:
Root:under-active(-50%)
Sacral:under-active(-44%)
Navel:under-active(-56%)
Heart:under-active(-19%)
Throat:under-active(-12%)
Third Eye:open(12%)
Crown:under-active(-6%)
(Percentages go from -100% to +100%)
And these percentages definitely make sense and relate to my life, so I'm pretty sure they are very accurate.
Please, and thank you all for your time.

I've seen this little chakra quiz around, and while it may suggest areas of your life to be worked upon, it is not a hard and fast guide to what's going on with your chakras. If you are interested in balancing your chakras, I would suggest beginning to study what each one corresponds to and work from there. I big piece of advice I hear a lot when I see discussions about chakras is that you will want to work on all of them, not just the ones you think you need work on and that you should start from the root up.

Also, chakra meditation is something you may want to look into. I don't know a whole lot about it so I just suggest you research it some on your own.

I don't work with the chakra system myself, so that's all I can really tell ya.

I'm New to this site but not chakras. As the other post before said, sorry I didn't get the name, and is correct. A test quiz on chakra can alert to imbalance but not give an exact reading, the root or base chakra is the place to start, and is at the tailbone if you were to sit on the floor cross legged. You don't have to sit on the floor, it's just describing the pole/ position. If memory serves the color association is red. the Chakra system is a process and a part of you, so it is best to incorporate into your daily practices / meditation. Etc. After a long time of focusing only on others I have recently been made painfully aware, that I must return to caring for myself first or I will be no good for any one or any thing else. I would be happy to have a study buddy or group to put this into daily practice.

Those quizzes can be good to figure out which one needs more or less help but don't look to this quiz as fact.

That article might help clear up what each chakra is and a basic meditation to balance it. I feel you should go slow, spend a week on each at first then move onto balancing them all. Study more because meditation is just one method to balancing chakras. Each one has its own colour, sound, stones and activities that can help balance the chakra.
