Byakugan

I want to know if it would be possible to obtain theByakugan or at least its abilites like near 360 degre vision and being able to read others chakra.

I didn't know what Byakugan was. So I had the pleasure of looking it up. It's fake, of course, and from the popular manga/anime series Naruto.

So, no, you can't read other people's chakras. You can, however, tell what they are feeling by their body language, or how they are acting. That's about it.

what about the vision abilities.

As has been said, the whole concept of Byakugan is from an anime series. That means that it is make-believe, not real magic. You aren't going to be able to gain these "powers" that come out of a fantasy program.

I know it is possible all you need is power besides i have sean spells that inhance your sight and such all you would need then is to be powerful enough to cast it.

Byakugan is as fictional as the apocalypse of 2012. You can't have 360 degree vision but you can be trained to be able to see other auras/chakra. Look it up or ask an experienced user.

No Lewis, it isn't possible, and anime magic isn't real magic. There are lots of spells on this site that aren't real magic either, so just because you see a spell saying that it will improve your visition doesn't make it real.
