Hi. I'm new to Wicca and the workings of magic. I have lived a lot of life in my 38 years though. I am first and foremost a student in life as well as magic. I learn new things all the time and sometimes I have to change the way I look at the world in general. We get so complacent with the basics of the way the world works and the way thing are because we were blessed with the common knowledge or rather the common sense of it all. I need to stop some times as a leader at work and remind my self that common sense that is common to me because I was able to use the knowledge I have gathered through life might not be common to someone else. 60 years ago people thought the moon was make out of cheese. Of course its common knowledge that it is not. But I hear kids ask all the time if the moon is made of cheese. If I ask a question that is silly or should be common sense it's just to gather knowledge to build my basic understanding. I want to thank everyone that has helped me so far to put me on a good path instead of me stumbling down one that would bring me or those around me harm.

Hi Kevin, welcome to the coven, glad to have you. I have a quote for you "nothing is so simple that it cannot be misunderstood." My site supervisor has this up in his office.

If you have any questions I would be more than happy to see what I can do to help.

Like Direstar, I have vast knowledge of magick and rituals, but don't do sacrificial rituals, I do believe that killing is not allowed in Wiccan arts.
