Get out of a marriage

Is there a spell or ritual that I can learn and use to cause my wife to want to leave me without any fighting or arguing? I have found myself in a marriage that I can not get out of without much pain and suffering on my part. My wife would cause my life and possibly my person much damage and emotional distress (possibly physical harm) if I were to suggest divorce to her. She is also the type of person that even if the divorce were agreeable she would continue to try and monitor and control my life. I have seen her do this with her ex of 20 years whom she has a child with. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's called a restraining order.

Also, it's best to just straight up and tell her right now before things move on ahead.

I appreciate your candor and although I can not argue with your logic I believe you have missed the point of my query as I want no altercations and believe me even with a restraining order she can and will cause havoc in my life. No worries though I will just soldier on and find my own way as I have done throughout my entire life. Hope you have a great day!

No spells to help but. I strongly suggest that you get a divorce lawyer if things are that sticky and you are actually concerned about violence.

I know from the outside it looks easy to just walk out but it is not as easy as you might think. She has entangled herself deeply into my life to the point where she could easily cause major disruptions for me if she so chooses in recourse for me walking out. Thanks though for your thoughts. Well we gave you our advice. This is what happens when you ask for people's advice/opinions. It may not be what you want to hear, but it is more logical.

pack your stuff when she is not there, if she is always home send her on errands.
