Happy to be a part of the forum. II have checked out this forum in the past, and felt like now would be a good time to join. I feel like the true me has been coming out quite a bit lately, and considering my trouble being around people physically, what a better way to have some interesting discussions, and meet new friends than on a forum!
Well about me, I am 26, and I love all things creative and eclectic. I love to read, especially any old book where when you crack it open you worry the pages may fall out :) I love historical fiction the most, and real history as well. I do love music, but I don't listen to it much to be honest (the shame) I love old 40s movies, and new movies of the weird and wonderful varieties.
As far as my abilities, I am a serious empath, to the point where it is hard to be around people. I have been working on that for years, and I am proud to say I am able to be in environments where I am a bit distracted and can get away easy (work). If I get stuck having a real conversation with someone, I am always going to start feeling their emotions and inner workings and just "know" them, it makes me so uncomfortable I start to panic (abandon ship!) I am really working on getting that together though.
I also am able to know the outcome of things, although now I am starting to wonder if at least in my own life, I am controlling the outcome. I just know "things" and i know when I am right, although because I know, I've never been told I'm wrong! (Things are getting curiouser and curiouser)
I have a tight connection with the earth and nature, feeling energy in the soil, the trees, animals. If I see something in nature that is injured, I can always feel it's pain. Not like an animals paw hurts so my hands does too, but if there were a fire and i saw the effects, my spirit hurts badly.
