Shadow, the others are correct - for all intensive purposes it's generally not possible to make it snow using magick.

Some casters will approach the matter from a different perspective and hazard that you can influence the weather in some form as long as you understand how it functions to a degree, however, it is rare to find people who aren't extremely fluffy who will claim this. For example, you're obviously not going to make it rain on a 52*C day in the middle of the Sahara. Nor are you going to make it snow on a fine sunny day in the Bahamas.

Good luck with your search.

It is is not possible to control the weather, but some believe that you can manipulate it to some extent, which will bring minimal affects. That being said, if you want to cast a spell for snowfall in a place where actually snowfall takes place, then it might work. But if you want it to snow at a place like a desert where snowfall doesn't take place, then there is no chance that your spell will work. I hope you understood what I said :)

Weather is actually manipulatable if that word makes sence, but not for everyone you could try using your energy to make it colder and increase the possibility of snow but thats about the extent of it unless your a powerful sorcerer or something id suggest you dont try

Depends on where you live and the climate but you do know that you actually don't need to recite any words right that's like for amateurs but if where you live its cold enough for snow and there are Claude's in the air than just direct the appropriate energy and under half a hour snow but you must have strong focus

I, for one, am happy with the climate in the western united states. My husband has to ride his bike 3 miles to and from work because the bus doesnt run out there and we are in between cars. Plus he works outside.
