Niding Pole

My question is, can I reverse a niding pole curse that was placed on me unfairly? I did nothing to harm anyone that would warrant something so drastic, only defended myself when certain people bullied me. I want nothing to do with them, so I don't understand why they feel like I'm a threat. I have no desire to contact them again in any way. We had disagreements, nothing that would deserve a banishing and blocking.

To clarify, someone raised a nidstang against you?

If that's the case, there's always measures you could take for protection. If you feel the need, you could call on a specific deity (like Thor) to aid you. However, if you want to send the curse right back their way (in this case) your best bet would be to go directly to the wights themselves. Since a nidstang works by upsetting the wights with the intent of them going after someone else, you could always leave an offering for the wights in your local area. Or make a nidstang yourself and raise it against them.
