Root Chakra: How to open

I am posting this because it worked for me

Sit down or on a chair
Wear red if possible
See a lot of red fruits, flowers or crystals so that visualization is easier
Now imagine a read colored balloon or a soft ball in your hands
Feel the ball
Now slowly bounce the ball in your lap
Move the ball around thighs
Slowly bounce it and feel your root chakra opening :)

Let's make something clear. Your are not going to open your root chakra on your first attempt. Its a process.
