I might sound a bit weird or insane..but...
It started with seeing crows there's usually two, there follow me to school..and sometimes i see them fly by the window while in history class,But then recently i started to have dreams of the crows attacking me. once i was walking down a street and it came up and started pecking at my arm cawing, I woke up with a panic attack and was terrified to even go outside really, the other dream was i was walking down to my house from the bus stop and my aunt stopped me [she lives right beside me] then there in the tree was a crow watching me directly it felt so real i wanted to scream and run but could-not. so i eventually screamed for my aunt and ran but then it tried to attack me. there was a few others but i can't remember much detail,There's are very terrifying they feel extremely real i always wake up with a panic attack :/ if i even think about crows or see them i feel watched and then start the panic attack again. Not sure why i posted this, but i thought maybe you guys would know something?

They are quite plentiful in many parts of the united states this time of year. Ever notice how many of the fall decorations feature crows? Dont fret yourself, many of us are seeing a lot of crows lately.

I think its most likely that you are giving yourself issues by obsessing over the birds, they are on your mind so you dream of them. You worry to the point that you begin to have panic attacks. Crows are one of the most common birds in the United States. The thing to figure out here is what the represent to you and why you are obsessing over them. None of us can answer this for you, only you hold the answer. Beyond that, if it continues to cause panic attacks you should seek professional counseling.

Look up crow as a spirit animal/animal totem. It may be trying to tell you something. Or it just may be coincidence.

The crows in the dreams will represent something that is, or is becoming, a major issue in your life.

Because you have been noticing crows, the "dream pixie" in your head has decided this is the best medium to get across whatever message it is trying to get across.

Look at your life and what things are troubling you, or are perhaps becoming urgent, or that you have procrastinated over and suddenly something will click and the dream crows messages will make some sort of sense.

When you understand this is only your mind trying to sort out the muddles in your life by placing cryptic visions in your head, then you will understand there is nothing to get anxious about and in fact they can be fun.

It's worth keeping a journal by your bed.

In some Native American cultures the crow is the agent of skinwalkers(witches)which they see it as a bad omen I wouldn't worry about it
