What is the AP like? Can somebody share their experiences with the AP? also can I hear some lucid dreams? My first lucid dream was when I was 12, I immediately realized it was a dream. there was a doll sitting on my bed with a stretched out face. it got up and started coming towards me like it was going to kill me. I ran to my door in fear. as I tried to open it it wouldn't open. it came closer and as it was about to get me I panicked and then woke up. the whole time I knew it was a dream. what is your experiences with the AP and lucid dreams?
sure my experiences were seeing alot of big mushrooms and trees moving mountains dancing fire and humanoid looking ice cubes XD and also alot of caves but i warn you ALWAYS THINK POSITIVE if you dont what happened to me will happen to you the second i started thinking about monsters and scary stuff a red ghoul-like one came running and shouting at me coming from a cave i ran as fast as i could screaming I'M BACK IN MY BODY I'M BACK IN MY BODY I'M BACK IN MY BODIIIIEE! and that helped me get back before i was killed so ALWAYS THINK POSITIVE and you'll see that the astral is pretty beautiful :D
is that all you have to do to get back? in this dream I was screaming WAKE UP WAKE UP WAKE UP!!! but it didn't work. also what are humanoid ice cubes

I did it!!! I aped!!! XD I was laying in Ben and sudenly I got a tingly feeling. then I was in my room I walked out to the hall and saw my brother coming up the stairs. then I walked into his room and then to the kitchen. then I woke up in my body!! it was so cool!!!
The first lucid dream I had was when I was about six to eight years old. I was sitting in my room and then all of a sudden I was in the swimming pool area that I took swim lessons at. There was a monster like thing and I was wearing a necklace that gave me special powers to fly. I killed the monster and woke up. The first thing I did was ask my mom where was my heart necklace (in the dream it was a little heart charm) and she said I didn't have one and I started crying. XD I realized much much later that it simply was a dream.
Well, new to this site, but I'm lucky enough to have experience with lucid dreaming. And the thing about lucid dreaming is that it's not about knowing weather or not you know your dreaming, it's about being able to do something about it.
