Help me some?

I have many memories of my past lives, and I can sorta commune with them in my head, but I can't access any of their memories, and I cant' remember any of my own either. I think my first was back in Medieval times.

I was wanting to know if someone here could help me with a way to unlock those memories. If I go by instinct in some of my writings and compare them with one of my friends that I know was a part of them too (She remembers most of them), I get some memories, but I can't remember them later on either.

Any help is fine. Message me with your suggestions, and post her eonly for questions about it and stuff.

So, you're wanting to find a way to remember the memories that your previous incarnations had. But not looking for a way to remember who you were, because you already remember those pretty well. Do I have this right? Just trying to clarify.

Maybe you'll have to search further by using Astral Projection(AP). Maybe if you'll find your ex-spiritual guides you'll find some extra info from them. You have to search very deep, I believe it will take for you at least 1 or 2 days on Astral projecting. Or you can meditate but the result won't be the same as Astral Projection. Hope my advise should help you.

AddNameHere: Almost, but not quite. The only memory I have of my childhood at all, in this life, one day. I'd like to get those back as well.

Unforunatly, the AP was of no help. Can anyone else suggest something?
