I've been thinking about this method for about 30 mins and figured it'd come in handy one day for someone so here it is. It can help you cleanse your chakras, well that's one of the things I've used it for, I've also used it for chi well my water chi.
Well here it goes:
1. you want to stand up feet spread apart shoulder with. place your hands in front of your abdominal area right in front of your belly button.Relax and as you are relaxing you want to you want to breathe meditatively 9 times.
2. feel the water energy rise in streams up your body all the way to the top of your head. then breathe 9 times meditatively again as you let the water spew out the top of your head and down you body, the energy atleast; it's not like water's spurting out of your head, then bring yourself back to your primordial state. your done
