i am a bit new to magic in a hole but i have hade a connection to it all my life and i was wondering how to utilize the third eye

I suggest working on ALL of your chakras instead of focusing on just one. Opening them all and keeping them in balance will help enhance your third eye more than working on it alone.

I disagree from experience a strong 3rd eye helps strengthens the
other chakras not the other way around, The 3rd eye is the gateway
chakra that unlocks and enhances all psychic ability!!! Meditation
and talking to your spirit guides and angels will help you grow and
develop!
