Aid please

I need aid in sending off my spirit...

A Lycan friend of mine converted me a while back, but she- for some reason- does not talk to me anymore and therefore, never taught me how to unlock my new abilities. She and the others had the ability to send off their spirit to the astral planes or a realm only their kind knows about. I need aid to be able to send off my spirt as they do. May anyone help me on that topic please?

I found them and realized that they give much more detail then I tend to on the workings of Astral Projection. It still takes a lot of dedication, but by reading this you may have a chance at it. :)
