you need to learn kinesis which is the mental control over objects, elements, etc.
Kinesis though is an advanced form of magick that should not be learned unless you are solid in the basics of magick, and you have a large energy supply (you learn how to develop your energy supply through the basics of magic [ie. meditation] )
after which you would move on from the basics to psychic development where you would develop your kenetic skills or building blocks... then finally once all that is done you are probably ready to start kinesis which comes in a variety of forms:
pyrokinesis-->fire
geokinesis-->earth
telekenisis-->objects and psychic energy
earokinesis (however you spell)-->air and weather
hydrokinesis-->water
and these are just the kinesis' i know. And each requires your undivided attention to master which means master one at a time.
ofcourse there are psyoinics which allow you to use your own energy and manipulate it but that is another type of kinetic journey in and of itself.
i suggest if you want to learn it, dont cut corners in this and be in it all the way and not just half or youll never learn
Kinetic abilities aren't necessary to becoming a mentalist. Its through spiritual and psychic development that you become a mentalist. through meditation and visualization and practice you will develop your mental powers. Most people do not have the patience to develop kinetic abilities
yes but in his message he says he would like to know how to gain mental powers and kinetics is a mian metal power which can be learned by anyone who is determined enough and in truth i find it the most straightforward why is why i posted
Having mental abilities and being a mentalist are often seen as being different things.
In this case I agree with JK..If you have the time,focus and patience to learn and master Kinetic abilities ,stating with the basics,In my eyes any way you would be seen a A mentalist..Just me 2 cnts.
