New To Magic
By:
Hi. I'm kinda new to magic the reason I say kinda new is the fact that I started a couple months ago. I know about the year and a day study but this is something I'm drawn to. All I wanted to know was if there is any simple things I can do to make my magic stronger. But I need it to be simple as my parets (I'm 16) don't know I am practicing magic. Thank you.

I was the same im 21 and still a "in the closet witch" personally i dont believe in the year and a day as long as you practice but felt like that long before i felt like i knew what to do haha!

The whole thing is practice im still practising its been nearly 8 years and i still learn new things or practice new things. I started by going online researching and getting books i found in charity shops or... not sure what you may call them throft stores and stuff.
Youtube is great for learning too. To get better you justs need to practise but practising isnt stickingg your nose in a book its actually doing it, theres no easy spells as they dont have levels but there are more basic ones and safer ones like a little luck, confidence or money spell rather than starting in a full blown hex. As some things can be dangerous depending on your beliefs.

Check out the newbie forums and things for more info to read and get to know the site, books help but get to the dirty and get stuck in rather than reading forever.
Have fun :)

There are simple things you can do to start, like meditate, practice visualization, grounding, breath work, etc.
