Help

Hello. I'm new to magic. I believe in natural spirits and the use of crystals and herbs to aid in spell casting. I was wondering if anyone knew how to brew potions that can be used to protect a loved one? She is going away for a trip and I want to insure that she is safe. Any help would be appreciated.

Some crystals for protection: turquoise, Tiger's eye, obsidian, onyx, amethyst.

Some plants for protection: Rosemary, Mallow, Cinnamon, Sage, Patchouli.

After learning more about magick and how it works you could try using some of these herbs and crystals in an elixir or tincture.

Potions are literally just water and a mixture of herbs etc and by that you could call a cup of tea a potion because most teas now a days are mixtures of dried herbs and fruits instead of just being Tea Leaves.

You could cook her a special meal and serve some tea, all made with the ingredients to suit your purposes.

A Warning with Crystal Elixirs, you need to check the toxicity levels of the Crystal before dunking it into a bottle of water, most crystals are unsafe to use in this way. I suggest either doing extensive research on the subject or avoiding it altogether.
